马铃薯菠菜汤
材料: (两人份)
菠菜4棵(切段)·、马铃薯大的1粒(切丁)、
大洋葱1粒(切片)、蒜米3瓣(剁碎)、适量牛油
做法:
1. 煮软马铃薯(用油稍煎或水煮都可以)。
2.用牛油爆香蒜米和大洋葱,加入煮软马铃薯和水,
水滚后放入菠菜煮至菜软熄火。
3.把所有煮熟材料待凉后,放入搅拌机内搅拌成泥。
4.最后,把马铃薯菠菜泥放入锅中加热调味,即可盛出。
Ingrendients: (2 person)
1 bag Spinach (chopped), 1 big potatoes (diced),
1 Onion, 3 pips chopped garlic, sufficient butter
Method:
1. Cook the potatoes until soften. (either use oil to cook or water to boil also can )
2.Use butter saute garlic and onion, add soften potatoes and water bring to boil,
stir in spinach cook for 1-2 minutes.
3.Let it cool down for a minute, puree soup in a blender until smooth.
4.Pour it back to the pot, season to taste with salt and pepper, serve warm.
