蜜糖香料烤鸡腿
材料:
鸡腿2个、萝卜1/2 条、灯笼椒适量、椰菜花适量、
蜜糖2大匙、柠檬/酸柑汁少许
腌料:
盐1小匙、糖1小匙、黑胡椒粉适量、玉蜀黍粉1汤匙、
麻油1小匙、酱油2汤匙、香草(Mix Herbs 或者是干parsley叶)
做法:
1.鸡腿用腌料腌一个小时或隔夜。
2.预热烤箱200℃。
3.把腌好的鸡腿和其他蔬菜一起放入烤盘,
再撒些黑胡椒粉和香料,上下火烤40-50分钟。
4.间中,在第20-25分钟时,把鸡腿取出涂上蜜糖,继续烘烤至鸡腿熟透即可。
5.享用鸡腿前,挤入柠檬或酸柑汁可增添其风味。
Ingredients:
2 chicken drumsticks, 1/2 carrot, some capsicum, broccoli,
2 tbsp honey, 1-2 tsp lemon or lime juice
Marinate Ingredients:
1 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar, black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp corn flour,
1tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, mix herbs
Method:
1.Marinate drumstick with marinate ingredients
for more than one hour or overnight.
2. Preheat oven 200℃.
3.Place the marinate drumstick and all the vegetables in a tray,
add some black pepper and mix herbs on the top of drumsticks, bake for 40 minutes.
4.Brush the honey on the drumstick before it cooked through.
5. Add some lemon or lime juice before serve.
