巧克力玛芬
材料: (十粒份量)
鸡蛋1粒、糖170克、牛奶250ml、粟米油90ml、
面粉230克、巧克力粉30克、发粉2tsp、苏打粉1/2 tsp、
巧克力豆、葡萄干、蔓越莓干适量
做法:
1.过筛所有粉类。
2. 鸡蛋打散,加糖、牛奶和粟米油。
3.把筛好的粉类用刮刀顺时拌入液体混合料。(不可过度搅拌)
4.拌至所有粉料湿润后,加入巧克力豆、葡萄干和蔓越莓干。
5.最后,放入预热好180℃的烤箱,烤20-25分钟。

1 egg, 170g sugar, 250ml milk, 90ml corn oil,
230g flour, 30g coco powder, 2tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda,
sufficient chocolate chips, raisins and dried cranberries
Method:
1.Sifted all the flour.
2. Beaten the egg, add in sugar, milk and corn oil.
3. Add the sifted flour into the liquid mixture. (Do not over beat the mixture.)
4. Add chocolate chips, raisins and dried cranberries to the batter.
5.Place in preheat 180℃ oven for 20-25 minutes.
