蛋奶培根笔管面【Creamy Herbs Penne with Bacon Egg】

蛋奶培根笔管面

材料: 
笔管面2人份、鸡蛋2粒(打散)、培根2片、蒜米1瓣、
鲜奶油150ml、牛奶100ml、Mozzarella 芝士 少许

调味料:
橄榄油、盐、胡椒粉、混合香草

做法:
1. 沸水中加入1汤匙橄榄油和1茶匙盐,再放入笔管面。
2.把面条煮至软后,拿出沥干备用。
3.另一个锅,放入1汤匙橄榄油,爆香蒜米,
加入培根拌炒约1分钟,再放入面条稍微拌炒。
4.待面条稍热后,加入鲜奶油、牛奶和混合香料,
用调味料调味,煮至鲜奶油水份收干。
5.撒入少许Mozzarella芝士、倒入鸡蛋,熄火拌炒。
用余热把鸡蛋和芝士混合进笔管面。

Ingredients: 
Penne (serve 2), 2 eggs (beaten), 2 bacons, clove of garlic (chopped),
150ml thicken cream, 100ml fresh milk, some mozzarella cheese

Seasonings:
olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix herbs

Method:
1.In a boiling water, add in 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt,
put in penne.
2. Cook penne until soften, take out and drain.
3. In another wok, saute garlic with olive oil,
fried bacon for 1 minute then add in the penne.
4.Add in thicken cream, milk and mix herbs,
season salt and pepper to taste, cook the sauce until thicken.
5.  Add mozzarella cheese and beaten egg,
off stove, use remaining heat to mix them in penne.

喜欢蛋和奶的朋友会很喜欢这道面
不过热量是可想而知的高...
偶尔吃下拉丝的蛋奶面还是很不错的。
