手工蓝莓果酱 【Homemade Blueberry Jam】 + 美式松饼 【Pan Cake】

蓝莓果酱松饼

材料:
蓝莓200g、糖65g、柠檬一粒

做法:
1.把蓝莓压成泥。
2柠檬挤汁加入糖拌匀。
3.锅内放入柠檬和糖的混合汁,小火慢煮待糖溶解,然后加入蓝莓泥。
4.不时搅拌蓝莓酱以免焦底。
5.煮到适当的浓度即可盛出装罐。

Ingredients:
200g Blueberries, 65g Sugar, 1pcs Lemon

Method:
1. Mash the blueberries until the berries release juices.
2.Combine sugar with lemon juice.
3.Use low heat to cook the lemon juice until the sugar dissolve,
then add in the juicy blueberries.
4. Stir the blueberries mixture continuously until the mixture thickened.
5.Transfer to containers and refrigerate.

< 美式松饼 Pan Cake >

材料:
A:鸡蛋1粒、牛奶200ml、食油1tbsp、盐1/2tsp、糖20g
B:面粉160g、发粉2tsp

做法:
1.把鸡蛋打散,加入牛奶、食油、盐和糖
 2.过筛面粉和发粉入液体混合料。
3.用打蛋器拌匀面糊,然后置放30分钟。
(不可过度拌匀,避免产生粘性)
4.用大火热锅,把锅放在湿布上(均匀温度),不需放油,放两汤匙混合料入锅内。
5.用小火煎约30秒,表面出现小洞,便可翻面。
6.两面煎熟即可。
7.过后可随喜好放牛油、蜜糖、巧克力酱、果酱等。


Ingredients:
A: 1 Egg, 200ml Milk, 1tbsp Oil, 1/2tsp Salt, 20g Sugar
B:160g Plain flour, 2tsp Baking powder

Method:
1. Beaten the egg, add in milk, oil, salt and sugar.
2.Sifted all the flour, and add in to the liquid mixture.
3. Using egg beater combine the batter and leave it for 30minutes.
(Do not over beat the mixture.)
4. Heat the wok, then put the wok on a wet cloth about one seconds 
(to balance the temperature).
5.Without using oil, add in 2tbsp mixture to the low heat wok.
6. Wait around 30 seconds, the batter appear small hold, then turn over the batter.
7. Serve the pan cake with either butter, honey, chocolate cream, jam, etc.

我的英文实在有够烂!

想做手工果酱很久了
一盒小小盒的蓝莓做出来的果酱很少
只够两个人吃几次
毕竟担心放太久会不耐放

这次做出来的果酱很浓缩
考虑下次加些水下去煮
然后试下玩别的水果
